The Transportation Engineering Laboratory undertakes various studies on different materials used for road construction with flexible and rigid type of pavements. In this provision is made with advanced instruments for performing practicals of UG.

Provision is made in laboratory for the following important tests:

1. Testing of all bituminous materials used for flexible pavements.
2. Testing of concrete pavements for Abrasion and Compressive Strength.
3. Mix Design of all Bituminous and non-bituminous courses in roads.
4. Testing of Mastic Asphalt.
