CODING CLUD
The Coding Club of the Department of Computer Science and Technology provides a dynamic platform for students to enhance their programming, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The club encourages students to explore various programming languages, participate in coding competitions, hackathons, and technical events, and develop innovative software solutions. | ANVESHANA - Engineer’s Day Celebration |
   
ANVESHANA is the annual Engineer’s Day celebration organized by the Department of Computer Science and Technology to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sir M. Visvesvaraya and promote the spirit of engineering and innovation among students. The event provides a platform for students to showcase their technical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through various activities such as project exhibitions, technical quizzes, paper presentations, coding competitions, poster presentations, and expert lectures. ANVESHANA encourages students to explore emerging technologies, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and foster a culture of innovation and lifelong learning.

TechGenesis is a flagship technical event organized by the Department of Computer Science and Technology to encourage innovation, creativity, and technical excellence among students. The event provides a platform for participants to showcase their talents through a variety of competitions and activities. Events such as PIXEL FUSION (Photography) promote creativity and visual storytelling, CODE SPRINT (Programming Quiz) tests programming knowledge and logical thinking skills, while INNOVATIA (Project/Idea Presentation) encourages students to present innovative ideas and technical projects. Through these activities, TechGenesis fosters teamwork, problem-solving abilities, technical competence, and a spirit of healthy competition among students.

| Second Year Welcome Function |

The Second Year Welcome Function organized by the Department of Computer Science and Technology aimed to warmly welcome the newly promoted second-year students and create an interactive bond among the juniors and seniors. The event began with watering plant followed by an introductory address by the faculty co-ordinator, highlighting the department’s achievements and upcoming plans. The program featured a series of fun, engaging, and interactive activities such as “Memory Game,” “Movie by Emoji,” “Aptitude Quiz,” and “Spill the Tea”, where students shared their best or worst memories anonymously, adding a creative twist of honesty and laughter. These activities promoted teamwork, spontaneity, and connection among peers. The event concluded with a vote of thanks appreciating the efforts of faculty and student co-ordinators. Overall, the function successfully created a friendly atmosphere, strengthened student bonds, and motivated everyone for the year ahead.
